About Us
CS News is a center for all people in the CS field from programmers to professors to come learn and discuss current events and CS related topics.
CS news was started by a CS008 Student at UVM who realized a need for a central place to come learn and communicate with others. CS News seeks to expand into more dynamic news, education, and social networking in the future.
For those that wish to learn about different programming languages, the learning center offers many different pages to help you get started. If you want to familiarize yourself with the history of computing the history tab has a complete history of computing to view (and possibly help on any assignments).
Use of this site
The forum is an open, free place to discuss various subjects while remaining respectful. CS News reserves the right to moderate, ban, and/or report any inappropriate behavior that is deemed hurtful, purposefully inflammatory ‘trolling’, disparaging, or crude. CS News is designed for open and free communication and these types of speech work against these goals.
